Ryan Atkins – Advisor
Mr. Atkins is currently a Managing Director at Wildhorse Capital Partners Inc., a Calgary based merchant bank and capital advisory firm. He has more than 25 years of international accounting, finance and legal experience in both Canada and the United States.
Before joining Wildhorse Capital, Mr. Atkins was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Legal Counsel for Holmes Communities, the land development subsidiary of the Toronto based Mike Holmes Group of companies from October 2013 through December 2017. Previously, Mr. Atkins was a founder and the Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of CASA Energy Services Corp., a private Calgary based oilfield services company. Mr. Atkins has also been the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Albi Homes, a private Calgary based luxury homebuilder and a consultant to Amden Investments Ltd., a Calgary-based real estate development company from November 2002 through June 2008.
Mr. Atkins was an Of Counsel Partner at the Heenan Blaikie law firm in Calgary and also worked for over five years as a merger and acquisitions and securities law attorney at the law firms of Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco and Perkins Coie Brown & Bain LLP in Phoenix. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Atkins was an accountant in the International Tax Services group with Price WaterhouseCoopers LLP in both its San Francisco and New York City offices.
Mr. Atkins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (BSc-Finance) from Brigham Young University, a Masters degree in Accounting (MBA/MAcc-Tax) also from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from New York University School of Law. Mr. Atkins also studied architecture in a graduate Masters degree program.

Christopher Morris – Advisor
President of R.C. Morris & Company, a Vancouver-based firm that provides investing, restructuring, reporting and other services to private and public companies. Christopher is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, University of Waterloo, and holds an MPhil and PhD from Cambridge University. He started his career as an investment banker in Credit Suisse First Boston's London office, before holding senior management positions with Torstar Corporation in Toronto and Hollinger International in London.

Dr. Kellie Leitch – Advisor
Dr. Leitch is a paediatric orthopedic surgeon, an associate professor of surgery and Member of Parliament. She completed her medical degree and orthopaedics training at the University of Toronto, her MBA at Dalhousie University, and paediatric fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
She has served as a council member for the National Research Council of Canada, was a board member of Genome Canada, a member of the YMCA GTA board of directors, former Chair of the Ivey Centre for Health Innovation and Leadership, Vice-President of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research and is the founder of The Sandbox Project. Annually, she hosts an annual golf tournament in support of the Canadian Cancer Foundation in her mother’s memory.
Dr. Leitch has been a committed public servant since being elected as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Simcoe-Grey (Ontario) in 2011. Upon her election, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to both the Minister Responsible for Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and the Minister of Labour. In 2015 she was appointed as the Minister of Labour and as the Minister for the Status of Women. She was a candidate in the 2017 Conservative leadership.
George Rubin – Advisor
George Rubin offers a wealth of experience from a unique combination of a strong scientific background and hands-on experience from leading a private tech start-up onto a successful public markets launch. George is a graduate of Moscow State University with a Masters Degree in Quantum Radio Physics and he is a British Columbia Institute of Technology graduate with a Diploma in Financial Management and a BA in Accounting. He is a CFA with 5 years of corporate finance experience with one of Canada's leading independent investment firms.

Bernard Fortier – Advisor
Bernard Fortier is the former CEO of Tetra Bio-Pharma (TBP-TSX Venture), a Quebec-based biopharmaceutical leader in cannabinoid-based drug discovery and clinical development. After joining Tetra in July of 2017, he completed the company's first investment banking financing by successfully closing an $11.5MM bought-deal led by Echelon Wealth Partners of Toronto in February of 2018.
Mr. Fortier is a graduate from the MBA program at l'école des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montreal, with over 20 years of international experience in management and business development in the biopharma, specialized medical nutrition and medical fields in Canada and the US.
He spent 8 years in various key commercial roles at Serono Canada (now EMD Serono) in the Multiple Sclerosis field, including National Sales Manager for the Neurology business unit. In 2010, Bernard became the Country Manager for Nutricia Canada, the specialized medical nutrition division of Groupe Danone. He was recruited in 2012 by a Québec pharmaceutical company to launch a new pharmaceutical company called Orimed Pharma. Through licensing deals and internal product development, the company’s portfolio grew from 3 to 10 products within 4 years, with annual products sales topping $7.5M

Luke has a BA in Political Science and Government from Vancouver Island University. He was a digital media consultant with the Dianne Watts BC Liberal leadership campaign and with Vancouver’s Non-Partisan Association.
