A 32 year veteran on Bay Street as an Investment Advisor, Duncan brings extensive experience in the capital markets.
He has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars for companies, both private and public, in numerous industries such as technology, entertainment, medical, mining, oil & gas, etc.
He is an alumni of The University of Western Ontario with a BA from King's College.
Sean Marsden – Vice President, Atlantic Canada
Sean has deep experience in all aspects of the Canadian capital markets, starting as an Investment Advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns in Ottawa.
He has structured, operated and financed a number of private and public sector resource companies in Atlantic Canada, and set up sales channels for financial product distribution to Investment Advisors with national securities firms and investment boutiques across Canada.
Sean is fluently bilingual, a passionate scallop fisherman on weekends, and lives with his wife and two children in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, just outside of Halifax.
Stephan Peterson – Business Development Associate
Stephan is a fluently bilingual Concordia University graduate with a B. Comm in Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business. He is a professional filmmaker and a 2018 Canadian Screen Award nominee. As well as developing new business relationships for Peterson Capital, he works with our public company clients in developing compelling video content that will help highlight their stories to our network of capital markets professionals.

Angela has over 19 years of successful senior experience in project and legal administrative support.
