E3 Lithium Teams Up With Imperial Oil

We thought You Should Know that despite the current markets Peterson Capital is busy with the PDAC, booking meetings, and listening keenly to our client’s needs.

Key Catalysts? Our IA network rewards public companies that hit their milestones and catalysts. Here are a few of the highlights from the past week.

E3 Lithium: (TSX.V-ETMC) - On June 23, 2022, E3 Lithium signed a deal with Imperial forming a strategic agreement on a lithium pilot project in Alberta.  This project is a collaboration with Imperial supporting E3's Clearwater project which will draw lithium from under the Leduc oil field Imperial's historic discovery that first launched major oil and gas development in Western Canada. E3's proprietary technology is designed to extract the critical mineral from lithium-rich brine, with potential for commercial development of battery-grade products.  Imperial will be providing funds to E3 to advance the Clearwater Projects.

Northern Graphite: (TSX.V NGC) – Northern Graphite recently appointed Hugues Jacquemin as CEO.  Hugues was formerly with Imerys SA., a company Northern Graphite purchased several properties from. In mid-June, Hugues came to North America with an extremely compelling story, including that Lac des Iles became a revenue-producing property. During PDAC the lunch presentation held in conjunction with Peterson Capital was well received. Hugues continued his tour through North America which has been impactful.
